Setting Up an Interview

Interview Process

The interview process may vary depending on the position you are interested in applying for. See below for an example of what you can expect:

Stage 1: Once we receive your initial inquiry, we will contact you and set up a time to have a phone conversation. In this conversation we will answer any initial questions you may have. We will also ask you a few questions to find out about the types of patients you prefer, your clinical and learning interests and which location is most desirable for you.

Stage 2: In this stage, we will meet with you for a formal interview. You will learn about The Jackson Clinics business and operations philosophy. This is to insure that you have a complete understanding of our expectations from you. We will ask you questions to learn about your wants and needs to ensure we have a clear understanding of your expectations from us. This interview will also include a full review of our benefits, pay structure, bonuses, and a discussion about potential start dates.

Stage 3: This portion of the interview process allows you to interview with the clinic directors at the sites you are considering. This allows you to get a look and feel for a clinic prior to making a decision. We encourage you to visit with the staff and shadow our team members. This allows you to see the clinic in action and ask more specific questions of any of our team members.

Final Stage: We hope that at this point you have all the information needed to make a decision about joining The Jackson Clinics. We know that choosing an employer is a very important decision. Although the interview process is complete, we remain available to answer any questions you may have in the following days.
