Dr. Laura Malnati was very knowledgeable,helpful and a joy to work with. She and her exercise specialist Diane Feldman were very professional and were always attentive to me to insure I did my routines correctly. They worked closely with me and always were concerned about my health and fitness. I had physical therapy about 5 years ago at another company and was not treated with the personal attention I got at your clinic. All the employees there seemed to treat their patients with kindness and attention to detail. Jonah Barkley, although not my regular specialist, worked with me one day and did an excellent job.Your employees, including the front office staff who always greeted me by name, showed an interest in my situation and made going to your facility a friendly experience. I have recommended your company to a friend who will hopefully contact you in the near future. Thanks for the way everyone handled my situation. Laura and her team should be commended.

I had PT for my neck a year ago and I’m currently receiving PT for my hip. The staff is truly an amazing group of very capable and caring professionals. The Physical Therapists are top notch and really know their trade. I worked mostly with Cassie (neck) and Alisha (hip), but also had sessions with Patti and Shannon. And Lauren does a fantastic job of designing, teaching and administering the exercises. Lastly, April cheerfully works hard to accommodate scheduling. The entire staff clearly enjoys there work and makes the PT experience fun! Thanks!!!

I just successfully finished my hand therapy (Shirlington branch) and I would like you to know how grateful I am to your professionals at this location: Rob Sigler, Dan Jones, and Ryan Battisti. I felt they should be recognized at some point…

Broken right arm at an advance age (for the first time & hopefully never happens again) was a very unsettling experience for me — and I consider myself “a toughie”…my tolerance for pain is high; but, I was in great pain. Rob and Dan worked with me most of the time; Ryan worked with me a couple of times…the whole staff from Jacquelyn Andres to the admin people were accommodating and welcoming. (more…)

Today I completed my 13th and last session at your Worldgate location following knee surgery in mid-November. It was my first time at one of your facilities and I chose it solely because I am a member at the adjacent Sport & Health club. I rarely do this but I feel compelled to tell you of the superb quality of your staff.

Historically, having had seven previous surgeries, I do not associate physical therapy as pleasurable but I actually began looking forward to my appointments. Your staff is highly professional and genuinely caring about every person. Without exception, they were always cheerful, demonstrated great teamwork, and were able to juggle multiple patients without offending anyone as best I could tell.

You deserve credit for hiring and retaining such a great group. Please pass on my gratitude to Ben, Kristin, Erin, Christine, Kellie, Jothi, and Ruby.

This is to give acclaim to the staff and therapy I received at the Shirlington Jackson Clinic. In April I had a first total knee replacement, and from May to July, I was provided therapy by Jackie Andres and both Dan Jones and Ryan Battisti. I had a second total knee replacement in October followed by outpatient therapy from November to December. Again, Jackie, Dan and Ryan provided therapy. My experience at this clinic was great. The people are very friendly and professional. My therapist, Marianna is amazing at what she does. Her knowledge of her job is just out of this world. I really enjoyed having her as my therapist. I really like how they educate you on everything being done in each session. Thanks so much.

I am writing to inform you of the actions of one of your therapists, Brett Keefer, who very likely saved my life.

I was referred to physical therapy after an MRI of my calf showed a severe strain of the soleus. I had gone to my doctor on 25 October after experiencing pain in my calf following a short run on 19 October. The pain did not dissipate, so I made an appointment thinking that perhaps I needed new orthotics. My doctor ordered an MRI of my leg, and when the MRI showed no signs of tears, he prescribed physical therapy with the Jackson Clinic. My first appointment was the afternoon of 2 November. (more…)
