“Excellent….I want to thank Kristin and Kyle at the Oakton office for consistent high levels of care and understanding of the back problems I have dealt with since the summer of last year. Their care has helped me a lot in subduing the pain. Definitely 5 stars! Kevin and the staff at the Centreville office deserve highest praise. Because of the excellent treatment I received this fall, I was able to avoid shoulder surgery and was given good exercises to keep doing to increase muscle strength. The compassionate care was very professional and encouraging. I highly recommend that if you are looking for a PT office you won’t be disappointed at TJC in Centreville. — Diane

Mr Jackson,

I am writing to express my appreciation of your Lorton facility and Physical Therapist Renae Soule. I was injured more than a month before I visited your clinic, and had been crippled by pain for several weeks. I went to your clinic because the pain was increasing instead of getting better.

At the first visit, Renae explained to me how she would provide physical therapy. Since this was my first-ever visit to a PT provider, I was a bit nervous. Renae was patient and gentle, and showed me where my problem areas were located and how she was going to adjust them.

Throughout the treatment period, Renae showed me how to do stretching and muscle strengthening exercises. She realigned my back, popped a few things back into place each visit, and further explained my responsibilities for home exercises.

Each week, I made incremental improvements. Some days, I left the clinic exhausted. A few times, the day after my visit was pain-free. Now, after about 5 weeks of treatment I am confident that my body is healing correctly.

Renae has powerful hands and a great understanding of the human machine. She is thoughtful, considerate, and made a great effort to help me understand what was going on.

I highly recommend Renae Soule at the Jackson Clinics (Lorton).

Dr. Jackson,

I am writing to recognize the quality care I have received from Dr. Laura Malnati- she is a real asset to your organization.

I have had problems with shoulder pain over the last several years, and the Jackson Clinics has been instrumental in significantly reducing my pain and allowing me to resume playing the sports that I have always loved. I am not at 100%, but I am having more consecutive good days now than any other time in the last 5+ years.

Over the months of treatment I received, I was able to see her interact with numerous patients, and it was always the same story. Laura greets patients with a smiling face and consistently demonstrates a clear concern for her patient’s health as well as an authentic interest in them as a person. I have personally been impressed by her impeccable memory of my hobbies and activities and her recommendations that have allowed me to complete those activities while protecting my shoulder.

It has been a pleasure working with Laura, and I would recommend her to any friends or colleagues in need of physical therapy.

I Wouldn’t Go Anywhere Else

Kris Porter and Jon Barkley are a team of knowledgable, professional therapists. I wouldn’t go to anyone else. My grandson had ACL reconstruction surgery today and I plan to call for an appointment when his doctor writes his order for therapy.

Putting the Stamp of Professionalism Expertly in Place

The clinic director Kristin Huppi is an excellent leader, putting the stamp of professionalism expertly in place. Jessica Avalone, a very knowledgeable physical therapist, gives her best effort every day. Sonya has an amazing repertoire of exercises, which keeps the assignments interesting. All three cheerful, very helpful, and focused on providing optimum patient care. Oakton is surely one of the top Jackson Clinics.

She Always Makes Me Feel Special As Her Patient

I started twice a week for the first month and now I have been going once a week. I met Ms. Amanda Wilkinson and have been working with her all along. I should congratulate the Jackson Clinics for such a dedicated member of your staff to be so caring and dedicated; she always makes me feel special as her patient. With the help of Amanda I have improved a great deal since I started treatment, but I still have a long way to go! I’d like to thank you for making this possible.

My Experience at This Clinic Was Amazing

I was at the Springfield Clinic for over six months after bi lateral knee replacements. Laura was my first therapist, then Shannon. I cannot say enough about these girls. Shannon not only made my knees work, but taught me to walk the correct way. She is amazing. Always a very pleasant time Nicole and Lauren were my exercise therapist s and again, I cannot thank them enough! April and Shelley were always pleasant with me and made changing my appointments without complaint! My experience at this clinic was amazing. thank you for helping me to get moving!

Highly Focused, Energetic, and Extremely Knowledgeable

I just concluded 8 weeks of physical therapy at your Fairfax office under the expert supervision of Kris Porter and his delightful assistant, Tanya. I have had five prior experiences with PT and I thought Kris was the best therapist I’ve met so far. He is excellent at explaining what is happening physically to my body and how certain exercises and stretches will help to alleviate my pain. Others have said that I needed to strengthen my core, but they were unable to show me how to use my core in a way which would take advantage of my new strength and give my spine a rest. I knew about the concept of proprioception before, but I had only thought about it in terms of hand-eye coordination and movements in figure skating. Kris got me to think about my spine and core support in the same manner so that I am now visualizing what I’m doing wrong and how to correct it, and hopefully how to anticipate and prepare for or avoid certain positions. Kris is an excellent communicator, highly focused, energetic, and extremely knowledgeable. I imagine you have other excellent therapists, but if and when I am in need again, I will be looking for Kris.

I went in during the winter, limping, and came out in May, walking normally. Along the way, Dan gave me so much good information, about things to go towards, things to avoid, helps and hinderances with arthritis. Perhaps the most important thing he told me, and something to which I was becoming aware on my own, is that as we age, we should devote two to three hours a day to health. This is a very important piece of information. I learned so much from Dan, as well as receiving wonderful care from an experienced therapist. I have already sent a friend to your clinic.
