I am a patient at the Alexandria Clinic. I am sending this note to tell you that the service and attention I have received is more than noteworthy. The two caregivers that attended to me, Dr. Laura Weslander and Ms. Hilary Sentell were continuously focused on dealing with my issue while I was in their care. In every case, I was seen at the scheduled time and greeted with smile.

Please express my appreciation to both of them.

I would like to compliment the girls at the Jackson Clinics in Herndon, specifically Diane Mandel and Tiffany Keough. I have had physical therapy for my back at least 3 times in my life and have never had such wonderful therapy as I have had at The Jackson Clinics. This is the first time I have gone away really feeling as if I have a handle on the pain and will be able to prevent it from coming back. (more…)

I have been treated for Rotator Cuff injury at the Fairfax clinic. When I first began my treatment, I had limited mobility and was in pain. Thanks to the skills of Kris Porter, I am so much better, no longer in pain and have good mobility. There were times I would get discouraged, but Kris would always give me hope. I have been very fortunate to have Kris as my physical therapist.

I have just completed an 8-week regimen of physical therapy at your Lorton clinic for arthroscopic meniscus repair. I want to take this opportunity to commend the highly professional and productive treatment I have received by Dr. Matthew Harwood, and Tony Saputo, PTA. (more…)

I just wanted to write and express my gratitude for the great care I received from Kimberly Rogers, PT and Kimberly Gray, ATC.  Both ladies were very warm, helpful and professional in their care and treatment plans and showed interest in me as a patient. I appreciate their help in working with me to adapt a treatment plan that lessoned the back pain that I have been experiencing due to pregnancy and active twin boys. If I have any future problems I would certainly come back to these two ladies or recommend them to others. Thank you.

This is to thank The Jackson Clinics, but most particularly, Dan Chalk at your Fairfax location, for the splendid help provided me and my knee.  I went in during the winter, limping, and came out in May, walking normally.  Along the way, Dan gave me so much good information, about things to go towards, things to avoid, helps and hinderances with arthritis.
