Education: Kristin graduated from Duke University (2008) with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She also attended Virginia Tech (2005) where she majored in Biology. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and Board Certified Direct Access Provider. Kristin graduated from The Jackson Clinics Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency Program in January 2010 and will sit for the O.C.S. exam in May.
Specialties: Kristin is skilled in ankle/foot, knee, shoulder, hip, sacroiliac dysfunction, and cervical and lumbar spine disorders. She has a strong interest in sports injury rehabilitation. She has a competitive background in ballet and figure skating and is particularly interested in treating competitive and recreational figure skaters, synchronized skaters and hockey players of all ages and skill levels. Kristin is also experienced in pediatrics, newborns to teenagers, treating sports injuries, developmental delay and/or musculoskeletal dysfunction.
Fun Facts: Kristin loves working with athletes and helping them get back in their game. She is a member of DC Edge Synchronized Skating Team!
