I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Rob at Jackson Clinics in Hagerstown!! After finding out that I had a labral hip tear, I was told that I would need surgery to fix the pain associated with it. I am a 36 year old woman and I could barely lift my leg to get dressed, walking hurt, going up a hill was incredibly difficult, and I could no longer sit on the floor with my children for any length of time. I did a bit of my own research and decided to give physical therapy a try before surgery (with a very lengthy recovery). Now, I’m back to normal with the ability to do all the things I love.I am so thankful that I chose Jackson Clinics!! Rob and Rae were both wonderful! I broke my back at 12 and have been through quite a few different physical therapy programs. I have never had such success!! The amount of knowledge Rob has in his field is unprecedented, in my experience. If you are willing to do the exercises, I believe you’ll have success as well!! I worked out frequently before going into therapy but Rob pushed me every time I asked for more. I truly believe that I will not have to ever have surgery with the coping techniques he taught me. I am so grateful for that!! If you are in need of physical therapy, you seriously can’t go wrong with Jackson Clinics in Hagerstown!! I’d recommend this clinic above all else!

The Jackson Clinic I went to is located in Hagerstown Maryland at the Valley Mall and it is conveniently located inside the new Onelife gym. I was able to go swimming and to the gym before or after each therapy session. The therapist Rob even connected with the gym trainers regarding my specific needs. Rob is amazing at finding specific areas related to your specific issue or injury. He is very knowledgeable, pleasant and an awesome educator. He is able to explain exercises so it is easy to remember which enables you to do an exercise at home in between visits. He is very good at making sure that before you are discharged you feel comfortable doing the exercises on your own. Rae works at the desk and she is always cheerful and willing to find out information regarding orthotics and insurance participation. She is great at scheduling around work hours to make sure you get an appointment as needed. Rob and Rae make a great team!!!I am feeling so much stronger after therapy! Thanks to the Jackson Clinic and Rob and Rae!!

Rob is the best!! He made me a believer that physical therapy does work! I had a hip and knee injury and was unable to raise my leg without assistance or pain. Within weeks, I was raising my leg on my own! I would highly recommend Rob, and The Jackson Clinic for all of your physical needs. He truly listens to you and knows exactly what is needed to get you on the path to recovery!
