Brittany Cogbill, Clinic Director
Brittany Cogbill, PT, DPT, OCS
Education: Brittany is a graduate of George Washington University with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She completed her undergraduate work at Brigham Young University with a degree in exercise science.
Specialties: Brittany is experienced in treating all orthopedic injuries and has a special interest in post-operative rehab. She also enjoys working with young athletes and helping them in returning to their sport safely. As a certified LSVT BIG clinician, she specializes in helping patients with Parkinson’s disease improve their balance, walking and ability to perform everyday activities and enjoys helping them improve their confidence in performing work and recreational activities.
Fun Facts: Brittany enjoys playing basketball, softball and flag football as well as watching college football in the fall. She also likes traveling. Her favorite place in the world is Costa Rica where she has lived twice and enjoyed learning Spanish, bungee jumping and eating rice and beans every day like a true Costa Rican.

Samuel Monticello, Physical Therapist
Samuel Monticello, PT, DPT
Education: Sam earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Delaware in 2018 where he also received a Masters in Anatomy and Clinical Health Sciences. Sam also attended Bloomsburg University where he received his undergraduate degree in Exercise Science. He plans to begin residency training at the Jackson Clinics this summer with the hope to then become an Orthopedic Certified Specialist.
Specialties: Sam has a vested interest in treating orthopedic and sport-related injuries, which were the main focuses of his affiliations prior to graduating from UD. He has worked with high school and collegiate athletes and has a background in treating pre-operative, non-operative, and post-operative ACL injury patients. Sam also has experience in and enjoys treating patients with vestibular and post-concussive injury symptoms.
Fun Facts: Sam stays active through biking, rock climbing, and weightlifting. He particularly has an interest in Olympic Weightlifting and plans to become Advanced Olympic Lifting Certified. Sam also looks forward to any opportunity he gets to spend time with his family and friends in and around the Baltimore area.
