Who is a good candidate for this class?
Anyone with an open mind and a desire to improve their health! You will need to be able to independently transition onto and off of a yoga mat.

Who are the instructors?
Shravya Kovela, PT, DPT, OCS (Springfield) is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and an Orthopedic Certified Specialist. She is a group fitness instructor with special interests in Dance Fitness and Yoga. Her passion is changing the way we define “healthy” by promoting self-care in all areas of wellness.

Jennifer Burda, PT, DPT, CLT-LANA (Centreville) is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Certified Lymphedema Therapist. She is a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) by Yoga Alliance. Jennifer is a 12 time marathon finisher who enjoys outdoor activities and traveling with her family. Her fitness passion is helping other find balance in their journey to a healthier life.
