Dan Jones, Clinic Director
Dan Jones, ATC
Education: Dan is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with a Degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Athletic Training. He graduated and passed The NATABOC exam in May of 2000.
Specialties: Since Graduation Dan has been providing Athletic Training Services in both Secondary School settings as well as Orthopedic outpatient Physical Therapy clinics.
Fun Facts: Dan is a devoted father of two small Boys and loves spending time with them during outdoor activities.
Abhinav Yadav, Physical Therapist
Abhinav Yadav, PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS
Education: Abhinav graduated from the University of Delhi and went on to complete a Masters degree in Sports Physical Therapy at the University of Amritsar. He then went to the U.S. to complete his doctoral degree in physical therapy (DPT) at Utica College in New York.
Specialties: Abhinav is dedicated to the profession of physical therapy and is always seeking to learn new skills and techniques. He has earned specialist certifications as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and also as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). He is also certified to do Dry Needling. Abhinav was accepted to and completed his time for the Traveling Fellowship with the APTA Sports section [Kevin Wilks TSF 2018].
Fun Facts: Dedicated to his profession both in clinic and on the field, Abhinav enjoys volunteering for sports coverage. He has completed the USOC medical volunteer program. Loves to run 5ks, half marathons and good game of badminton or cricket.
Barbara Semple, Physical Therapist
Barbara Semple, PT, DPT, ATC, CMC, OCS
Education: Barbara received her bachelor’s in physical therapy from Florida International University and her Masters in Administrative Science from Johns Hopkins University. She received her Athletic Training Certification from George Mason University and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Arcadia University in Philadelphia. Barbara is a member of the Orthopedic and Sports Chapter of the APTA, AAOP and NATA.
Specialties: Barbara is A Board Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist through the APTA. She is also a Certified Cervical and Temporomandibular Therapist through the PTBCCT. Barbara is a certified provider in the Graston Technique and offers instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, and is also certified in dry needling. She is certified in Concussion Management through EIM and can provide a comprehensive targeted approach following concussions from Sports, MVA ,Falls and Vertigo
Fun Facts: Barbara has two daughters living in the Northern Virginia area. She loves to bike and hike and explore all the trails in Northern Virginia with her husband.

Jacob Ruzanski, PT,DPT
Education:
Jacob is a graduate of Tufts University School of Medicine with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in December of 2022. He holds two Bachelor’s degrees in Exercise Science and Kinesiology. Prior to pursuing a career in physical therapy, he worked as a personal trainer in a variety of settings and demographics with 10 years of experience. He has been a member of the APTA since 2020.
Specialties:
Jacob has a passion for treating patients in orthopedics emphasizing recovery, maintenance, and injury prevention. With a background in health and fitness he’s well equipped to show you how you can maximize your recovery, enhance functional capability and improve quality of life through movement. He is a great resource for increasing independence within the gym to assist in the transition from therapy to a maintenance program.
Fun Facts:
Jacob enjoys movies, music and and live entertainment, particularly stand up comedy. He is a guitar player and enjoys classic rock and blues. He likes to be physically active both in and out of the gym.

Meghan Redmond, PT, DPT
Education: Meghan graduated from Kean University with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in May of 2024. She completed her undergraduate studies at James Madison University with a B.S. in Kinesiology with an Exercise Science Concentration. She has been a member of the APTA since 2021.
Specialties: Meghan has an interest in orthopedic injuries and is currently a completing an Orthopedic residency program with the goal of becoming a board-certified Orthopedic Specialist. She grew up with an athletic background and enjoys working with Athletes.
Fun Facts: Meghan enjoys an active lifestyle including hiking, recreational sports and being outdoors. She loves live music and goes to multiple concerts each year. She is originally from New Jersey and cheers for New York sports teams.

Education: Cassandra graduated from South College with an associates in applied science and became a licensed PTA in May 2020.
Specialties: Cassandra has a passion for treatment of the lower body. It is her goal to have all patients living free in movement. She has earned her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training, NASM – personal trainer and nutrition coach certifications, CrossFit level 1 certification, and is a licensed Emergency Medical Technician.
Fun Facts: Cassandra listens to a bit of everything; however folk/indie are always on her playlist! She enjoys weightlifting, rock climbing, yoga, biking, and hiking, to name a few!

Teraesa Williamson, PTA
Education: Teraesa Williamson is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with nearly 30 years of experience in the Healthcare industry. She graduated from Northern Virginia Community College in 1996 with an Associate Degree in the PTA program and an Associate Degree in Literal Arts
Specialties: Her career began in outpatient orthopedics, but she later transitioned to working with the geriatric population in home health and assisted living facilities. A personal shoulder injury led her to discover her passion for rehabilitation, particularly in shoulder therapy, and inspired her to help others on their healing journeys.
Fun Facts: Outside of work, Teraesa enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, as well as maintaining an active lifestyle through workouts. Her dedication to her patients and commitment to health and wellness continue to drive her success in the field.

Strong interest and background in athletic performance and rehabilitation. As a former Women’s college basketball player with a torn ACL, I have gained plenty of experience in the process of physical therapy. I have experience with coaching basketball skills as well. I have been in the physical therapy setting as an aide for 3 years.
Fun Facts:
I am a jack of many trades. I am an athlete, as well as a DJ in my free time. My favorite time of the year is march madness.
