Dr. Elizabeth DePasquale, Clinic Director



Dr. Elizabeth DePasquale, PT, DPT, OCS

Education: Liz graduated from Shenandoah University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in August 2015. She completed her undergraduate work at Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise in May of 2012. She traveled to Kenya in December 2016 to assist with teaching the Lumbar Spine and Pelvic Girdle, as a part of the ongoing Jackson Clinics Africa Programs. Liz recently completed our Orthopedic Residency Program and is now an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist.

Specialties: Liz has a strong interest and background in orthopedic and overuse injuries and post-operative rehabilitation. She has experience working with various sports injuries, as she worked with the Virginia Tech Sports Medicine team and cheerleading and dance teams. She has a strong passion for injury prevention and helping patients return to activities that they enjoy.

Fun Facts: Liz loves being active and traveling, with any excuse to go somewhere new. She usually can be found hiking somewhere, whether it be in the Shenandoah Valley, out West or in Scotland with a wounded warrior organization she volunteers with. One of her biggest passions is running. She completed Marine Corps Marathon in 2016 and hopes to finish it again this year.  During the fall, you can often find her in front of the TV, watching college football and cheering on her Hokies.

Dr. Jack Duvall, Physical Therapist



Dr. Jack Duvall, PT, DPT

Education: Jack graduated from High Point University with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in April 2025. He completed his undergraduate work at Shenandoah University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Physiology. Jack has been a member of the APTA since 2024. Jack will begin the Sports Residency program with The Jackson Clinics starting in August of 2025.

Specialties: Jack has a special interest in working with athletes of all ages and abilities. As a former collegiate baseball player, Jack has a strong background in baseball but enjoys all sports. Jack was able to get on field experience with the High Point Rockers of the ALPB while attending High Point University and coached baseball for children with physical and intellectual disabilities.

Fun Facts: Jack was a member of the baseball team while at Shenandoah University that won the 2022 ODAC tournament championship. Jack loves to be active, hunt, fish, and golf. He is a fan of collegiate sports, especially the West Virginia Mountaineers. Jack also is a fan of the Atlanta Braves and Washington Commanders.

Dr. Megan Flaherty, Physical Therapist

Education: Megan graduated from Shenandoah University with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in August 2019. She completed her undergraduate work at University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. Megan has been a member of the APTA since 2016.

Specialties: Megan has a strong interest and background in orthopedic and sports injuries, as well as post-operative rehabilitation. As a former D3 lacrosse player, Megan has a strong interest in working with athletes of any form. She is currently studying to become a certified strength and conditioning specialist to better serve her patient’s needs.

Fun Facts: Megan played D3 college lacrosse for two years. She loves to remain active in her free time whether that be lifting weights or going for hikes outdoors. Megan loves watching sports, especially hockey (Go Caps!).

Education: Pathik graduated from Wheeling Jesuit University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in December 2017. He completed his undergraduate work at the University of Virginia with a degree in Kinesiology. He has been a member of the APTA since 2015.

Specialties: Pathik has a strong interest in orthopedic and sport specific injuries, as well as post-operative rehabilitation. With a background in soccer and running, he enjoys working with individuals looking to return to sport, as well as other activities that individuals enjoy performing.

Fun Facts: Pathik likes spending time with family and friends, traveling, and being active by spending time outdoors and playing sports. He also likes watching soccer.

Dr. Rony Roman, Physical Therapist

Education: Dr. Roman graduated from Messiah University with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in May 2023. He completed his undergraduate work at Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and a minor in psychology in May 2020. Rony has been a member of the APTA since 2020.

Specialties: Rony has a strong interest and background in sports and orthopedic injuries and post-operative rehabilitation. He values helping patients return to the sport they love, but he also enjoys working with all individuals of all ages! Dr. Roman is certified in dry needling as a Certified Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist/Dry Needling (CMTPT/DN) through Myopain Seminars to effectively treat and manage myofascial pain and improve function. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), allowing him to effectively treat high level athletes and improve their performance. He will be joining the Jackson Clinics Sports Residency program this August 2025 to work towards becoming a board-certified Sports Clinical Specialist (SCS). Additionally, Rony is a certified orthopedic manual therapist (COMT) through the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT). He is LSVT BIG® certified through LSVT Global to effectively treat people with Parkinson’s Disease (PD) and other neurological conditions. He is also a certified personal trainer (CPT) through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Rony is excited to implement these skills into practice to improve everyone’s function!

Fun Facts: Rony is a follower of Jesus! He loves reading God’s Word in the Bible and putting it into practice, going to church with family and friends, and listening to Christian music! He is an avid soccer player, his favorite teams are FC Barcelona and Argentina, and his favorite player is Lionel Messi. Rony enjoys weightlifting, hiking, watching sports, and spending time with family. He is also fluent in Spanish!

Fun Facts: He has grown up playing soccer in an Argentinian household where many plates were broken to rogue power shots. With an obsession with rock climbing and running, Daniel spends weekends out on the trail or in the climbing gym.

Education: Jonathan Completed his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Nutrition from George Mason University.

Specialties: As a certified strength and conditioning coach through the NSCA, and with certifications in nutrition, corrective exercise, and performance enhancement through NASM, Jonathan has worked as a trainer for various populations. He hopes to continue pursuing his interests in health and fitness by learning more about kinesiology, health span, and longevity.

Fun Facts: Chasing after his two kids keeps him pretty active, but he regularly enjoys going out for walks, hiking, and playing sports with his family. He also enjoys working on cars, handyman work, and basketball.
