Dr. Jeff Camara, Vice President, COO TJC Concierge



Dr. Jeff Camara, PT, DPT, MBA, CMTPT/DN

Education:  Jeff graduated from American International College with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. While there, he served as a Graduate Assistant in the campus intramural and recreational department. Previously, he completed his undergraduate studies at the College of Charleston, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and Athletic Training. During this time, he gained experience working with various collegiate sports teams in rehabilitation and treatment. Seeking to expand his expertise, Jeff pursued and obtained a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance from an online program at Louisiana Tech University.

Specialties: Jeff has extensive knowledge and a strong interest in treating orthopedic and sports injuries. His treatment background includes blood-flow restriction rehab, post-operative care, vestibular/vertigo, pediatric care, and aquatic therapy. Jeff is also fully certified in dry needling, which he received through Myopain Seminars. He is one of our leading mentors for physical therapy students and new hires in the company.

Fun Facts: Jeff is an avid golfer and multi-sport intramural champion. He loves friendly competition in all sports, enjoys traveling, and is often described as a big foodie. Jeff loves trying different types of foods and has a passion for cooking. Jeff has also had his moments of fame by being in a Pizza Hut Super Bowl commercial and was also featured in a MightyMeals video in support of their delicious food.

Sage Riendeau, Assistant Clinic Director

Sage Riendeau, PTA

Education: Sage graduated from the University of Maine at Orono with a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science in May 2020 and later graduating Kennebec Valley Community College completing their PTA program.

Specialties: Sage has aspersions to achieve a CSCS and explore the performance training world. Having a strong background sports growing up, Sage has worked with local sports teams providing injury prevention screenings. He also has experience working with gait and balance patients focusing on functional rehabilitation.

Fun Facts: Sage was a founding member of a college Volleyball club team that traveled the East Coast and currently still plays on the weekends. Favorite artist are Linkin Park and Red Hot Chili Peppers. Sage spends their free time often on the road with his Motocycle, in the winter you can catch him shredding the slopes on his skis. When he is relaxing at home you will find him reading, cooking or playing video games.

Dr. Amanda Cronin, Physical Therapist



Dr. Amanda Cronin, PT, DPT, SCS, CSCS

Education: Mandy graduated from Drexel University with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in April 2019. Prior to PT school, she completed her undergraduate coursework in Kinesiology at the University of Virginia. Following her arrival at TJC in 2019, she became the first to complete TJC’s Accredited Sports Residency program, graduating in 2023. She has been a member of the APTA since 2017 and is also a member of the Sports and Orthopedic Sections of the APTA. She now serves as the Sports Residency Coordinator, is on the Sports Residency faculty, and is both a new hire & residency mentor.

Specialties: Mandy is interested in a wide range of orthopedic and sport conditions, particularly those commonly seen in youth and female athletes. Having grown up playing a variety of sports, Mandy values helping patients return back to the sport they love or preventing injuries before they happen and is especially passionate about all things ACL Rehab and Soccer. She is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and has done performance training at Exos to more effectively treat high level athletes and truly return them to peak performance.

Fun Facts: Mandy is a passionate sports fan, especially for UVA Basketball and the U.S. Women’s National Team. She enjoys listening to country music, spending time on the lake, reading, and listening to podcasts. In addition to being a fan, Mandy enjoys playing and coaching soccer in her spare time.

Dr. Chris Capizzi, Physical Therapist



Dr. Chris Capizzi, PT, DPT

Education: Chris graduated from High Point University with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in April 2023. He completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Rehabilitation Psychology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2018. He has been a member of the APTA since 2020.

Specialties: Chris is strongly interested in sports-related injuries, especially those pertaining to the upper extremity and foot/ankle. He has experience working with vestibular/cerebellar disorders in military special operation populations which has led to a strong interest in further exposure/education working with those experiencing these pathologies.

Fun Facts: Chris is a huge fan of Mitchell Tenpenny and Ryan Reynolds. In his free time, he enjoys working out, playing historical-action-based video games, and being active with his miniature Australian Shepherd, Allie, whether it be hiking or running around various dog parks. He is an avid supporter of Tottenham Hotspur FC, the Carolina Hurricanes, and as an Atlantean, the Atlanta area sports teams.

Dr. Mack Lauder , Physical Therapist



Dr. Mack Lauder , PT, DPT, CSCS

Education: Mack graduated from Tufts University with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in December 2023. He completed his undergraduate work at Trinity College with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in May 2020, he then completed his Master of Science in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology with a concentration in human performance in December 2021 at the University of Florida. Mack has been a member of the APTA and National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) since 2021.

Specialties: Interests include orthopedic injuries and post-operative rehabilitation, in addition to working with athletes ranging from youth throughout adulthood. His interest in Physical Therapy began in college after having surgery on his shoulder. Mack gained his background in sports performance, movement optimization, and lifting mechanics while working with his college strength coach. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA, allowing him to work with athletes of all ages to improve their on-field performance while incorporating injury prevention techniques. He has experience working with patients and many athletes for PT-related services, injury prevention, sports performance, and returning to sport following concussions.

Fun Facts: Mack was a D3 baseball player while attending Trinity College. He enjoys Olympic Weightlifting, Spartan Obstacle Course races, golfing, and hiking. He likes listening to many different genres of music, but prefers country music. Mack grew up just North of New York City and roots for the Yankees, Giants, and Rangers

Education: Nathan graduated from Slippery Rock University with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He completed his undergraduate work at Liberty University with a Bachelors in Exercise Science. Nathan has been a member of the APTA since 2022.

Specialties: Nathan has a strong interest in sports and weightlifting injuries. With a background in weightlifting and exercise science he enjoys working with athletes of all backgrounds.

Fun Facts: Nathan played soccer from K-12 where he was team captain his senior year. Nathan loves being active whether that be playing recreational football, volleyball, or pickleball or working out at his favorite gyms. Nathan also enjoys watching Pittsburgh sports teams especially the Steelers.

Education: Alexandra graduated from Shenandoah University with her Bachelors in Exercise Science in May of 2024.

Specialties: Alexandra has a strong interest in ACL rehab along with working with athletes to return to play. As a former athlete and having her own ACL tear this is something she feels strongly about.

Fun Facts: Alexandra likes to be active outside of work such as working out, swimming, hiking, and volleyball. She enjoys spending time with her fiancé and her family. She is also a big hockey fan of the Washington Capitals.

 

Paitten St. Laurent, Exercise Specialist



Paitten St. Laurent

Education: Paitten graduated from Roanoke College with a BS of Health and Exercise Science in May 2021. He is a certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine, and a Certified Nutritionist through the International Sports Sciences Association.

Specialties: Paitten specializes in the study of human movement and how our bodies utilize nutrition in order to sustain a beneficial lifestyle. As a former soccer player, Paitten has a strong background in higher level cardio and strength training. He also has background working with patients of all ages, with a range of treating people as young as 9 years old, to 91 years old.

Fun Facts: Paitten has over 600+ Hours in Elden Ring and is a video game streamer on Twitch under the platform name The Ginger Saint. When he is not playing video games, he is most likely putting time into his new house with renovations, having completed putting in new floors, electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, and general modifications to make the space look fantastic. He has two dogs who fill his life with joy, and loves to go on hikes with them, or just spend time outdoors in his new backyard grilling with them.
