Was on hold for 30 minutes before having to hang up. It’s a shame, because I’ve heard great things about this clinic. Hopefully the phone service improves in the future.

I so love this place. My therapist Meghan and Daniel have been extremely amazing and I could see such good results after each session. I Highly recommend it. I was suffering from severe upper back pain and costocondritis and Meghan’s therapy was nothing but magical. The exercises given by Daniel were extremely effective and I cannot thank them both enough!! The clinic is very clean and the front desk staff are very friendly and understanding.
This is the best physical therapy practice in the NVA area. From the front desk to the PT to the trainer it is a wonderful experience. I was fortunate to have Jeff as my physical therapist. He is an educator, patient, professional and is respectful to everyone. Great atmosphere to recover in.

I am not able to speak of other Jackson Clinics, depending upon if they are independently owned might add a clue, but this location is definitely not a wise…
