McCaul Benson, PT, DPT
Education: McCaul graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in May 2016. She completed her undergraduate work at Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise.
Specialties: McCaul has a strong interest and background in orthopedic injuries and vestibular and balance conditions. She has experience working with various sports injuries, in addition to working with adolescent patients with concussion symptoms. She continues to have a strong passion for promoting overall health and wellness to enhance the lives of her patients.
Fun Facts: McCaul loves to stay active; she enjoys running, weight lifting and spending time outdoors! When she has a chance to get away you will find her enjoying time with family and friends in the Outer Banks or hitting the ski slopes.

Education: Mandy graduated from Drexel University with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in April 2019. She completed her undergraduate coursework in Kinesiology at the University of Virginia. She has been a member of the APTA since 2017 and is also a member of the Sports and Orthopedic Sections of the APTA.
Specialties: Mandy is interested in a wide range of orthopedic conditions, particularly those commonly seen in youth and female athletes. Having grown up playing a variety of sports, Mandy values helping patients return back to the sport they love or preventing injuries before they happen. Additionally, she also enjoys treating concussions and patients with post-concussive syndrome.
Fun Facts: Mandy is a passionate sports fan, especially for UVA Basketball and the U.S. Women’s National Team. She enjoys listening to country music, spending time on the lake, reading, and listening to podcasts. In addition to being a fan, Mandy enjoys playing and coaching soccer in her spare time.

Education: Brett graduated from Indiana University with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in May 2016. She attended Elon University for her undergraduate work and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science in 2013. She has been a member of the ATPA since 2013.
Specialties: Brett has a strong interest in treating patients with a variety of musculoskeletal injuries, especially those of the lower extremity and educating patient on gait mechanics. She especially enjoys working with high school athletes. She also enjoys working with patients with neurological conditions to improved gait, balance, and coordination.
Fun Facts: Brett is a native of northern Virginia. She loves being outside and enjoys running, yoga, and hiking. She is an avid soccer fan and reads too much.
Terri Lannigan, Physical Therapist
Terri Lannigan, PT, DPT, OCS
Education: Terri graduated from Marymount University. She is a Direct Access Provider and an APTA certified clinical instructor. She received her Certificate of Achievement in Pelvic PT and is also a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist.
Terri also acts as CCCE for The Jackson Clinics, coordinating the placement of students with Clinical Instructors across the company. She works with various universities in the Washington, DC metropolitan area and across the country, as well as events focused on student development.
Specialties: Terri works with patients across the range of musculoskeletal disorders and post-operative care. She enjoys working with all age groups to enhance their understanding for optimal movement and exercise to stay healthy and injury-free. She also works with patients with neurological disorders to improve gait, balance and coordination. In addition to clinic-based physical therapy, she performs aquatic physical therapy, working with patients in the pool. She has specialization in pelvic disorders, and treats patients to address incontinence, pelvic pain and pregnancy-related and post-partum musculoskeletal disorders.
Fun Facts: Away from work, Terri enjoys spending time with her children, hiking and photography.

Education: Ezara graduated from JMU in 2012 with a B.S. in Kinesiology and a concentration in Exercise Science. She attended Shenandoah University and obtained her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in August 2017.
Specialties: Ezara is an active member of the APTA, VPTA, Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Sections. She is also a USA certified gymnastics coach and is currently a Head Junior Olympic coach at Dulles Gymnastics Academy. Ezara has a special interest in treating sports injuries, especially dancers and gymnasts.
Fun Facts: In her spare time, Ezara loves to be outdoors, sing, read a good book on the beach, travel, coach gymnastics, hangout with friends and family, and binge watch Netflix.
