Very understanding and helpful. I have just started the therapy and my doctor took time to ask lots of specific questions to understand my situation better…

Some truly caring, knowledgeable, and friendly people that really treat their patients achieving stellar results. I had the opportunity to experience all the therapists here (Connor, Kat, Lauren, Erin, and Adam) though I was primarily with Connor and Adam. Having tried another PT a few years ago, I really like the philosophy at this practice as it blends both the physical manipulation of the bothersome area in addition to practicing exercises. For me, it worked very well so I could learn how to relieve the tension in the area (my neck/shoulders) in addition to learning exercises to also strengthen the surrounding structures to lessen the chance of any recurrence of pain. It’s not a “quick fix”, but something you’ve been damaging over a period of years can’t be fixed over night. I like how at the first appointment Connor told me what the issue was, explained how many sessions it would take to resolve the issue, and then Adam taught me exercises (stretches/strengthening exercises). This formula of physical manipulation of the muscle (think kind of like a controlled massage to relieve muscle tension) followed by exercises seemed very effective for me and seems like the paradigm that’s followed for many of the patients visiting this practice. I feel that other practices may not have such a nice balance of both these aspects of PT.In case it matters, absolutely no problems were experienced with the administrative staff in terms of billing, scheduling, insurance claims, etc. In fact, Alex, the receptionist, was incredibly pleasant and always greeted me by name and with a smile. That’s the kind of great service you don’t always see in healthcare and I was very pleased to experience.

Still attending. So far so good though I’m not confident this treatment will be effective for my problems. The staff is friendly and enjoyable to be around.
