Danielle Scott, PT, DPT
Education: Danielle graduated from Husson University with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in May 2024. She also completed her undergraduate studies at Husson earning a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science in 2022. During her graduate phase, she worked as a teaching assistant in a cadaver lab for 2 years.
Specialties: Although Danielle does not have any certified specialties (yet), she loves working with athletes, geriatrics, and post-operative rehabilitation. She is also looking forward to becoming certified in dry needling in the near future.
Fun Facts: Danielle is originally from Charlestown, NH. She was a 3-sport athlete for 11 years, beginning in middle school and ending with her 4th year of college. She competed in cross country, nordic skiing, and indoor/outdoor track and field. Her favorite track event was the steeplechase. She was a camp counselor at a summer Nike running camp for 2 years in Meriden, NH. Her other hobbies include stained glass, puzzles, reading, hiking, gardening, and pickleball.
Stephanie Johnson, Physical Therapist
Stephanie Johnson, PT, DPT
Education: Stephanie graduated from George Washington University with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in May 2020. She completed her undergraduate work at Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development in 2007. After college, she began her career in the Education field, eventually achieving the role as Education Director for a zoo.
Specialties: During Stephanie’s post-graduate education and following graduation, she has developed a strong interest in sleep science and optimizing one’s physical/cognitive potential through the universal drug that is sleep. She has since become certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), which is the first-line of treatment recommended for insomnia. She is inquisitive in nature, and so has further enriched her understanding and practice of physical therapy with an additional intensive certification to become a Therapeutic Pain Specialist. She has also obtained training in advanced Functional Dry Needling, including the Pelvic Floor. The patients that Stephanie has experience in treating are those with vestibular dysfunction (including post-concussion symptoms), pelvic floor dysfunction, and general orthopedic conditions.
Fun Facts: Stephanie was the captain of the women’s and co-ed ultimate frisbee team at Virginia Tech and has played rec leagues in the DMV area intermittently since. While she would love to return to regular ultimate play, her time is willingly eclipsed by her three children. She enjoys supporting her sons’ Brazilian Ju Jitsu training, and her daughter’s potty training.

Education: Jaylen graduated from Towson University with his Bachelor’s in Exercise Science in May 2024.
Specialties: Jaylen has a strong affinity for post-treatment neurological adaptations. He has researched and written mock grant proposals at Towson, exploring the neurophysiological benefits of vestibular rehab therapy and aerobic exercise in stroke patients. He aspires to achieve his NASM-CPT certification as he believes this knowledge will serve him well in making other’s lives better and healthier.
Fun Facts: Jaylen enjoys playing basketball with his former teammates and friends in his free time. He is also a fitness enthusiast who regularly attends the gym and goes outside in nature. Dogs, especially German Shepherds, are his favorite animals.
