The entire process at Leesburg from beginning to end was efficient, seamless, enjoyable and productive. The Office Manager, Brittany Winston, was exceptionally proficient at keeping me informed and on track while I was carrying out my plan of care. The Clinic Director, Megan Gretka, provided a clear and concise explanation of the goals I should expect to accomplish during my tenure. The flawless teamwork between my three Physical Therapists–Lyndsey McIntyre, Lauren Haines, and Brittany Cogbill–and my two Athletic Trainers–Maria Rector and Taylor–ensured that I was kept constantly aware of my goals and that my experience was productive and beneficial. At each one of my sessions, I was greeted with a smile by everyone, and I received a recap of my progress, a thorough and quick-moving workout in the gym, and professional and useful advice and guidance about how to continue my progress through exercising at home.

The whole team at the Jackson Clinic in Leesburg was great to deal with. From Brittany Winston at the front desk who helped navigate insurance issues, to Dr. Megan Gretka and Sammie Carr who did the therapy, everyone was friendly and helpful, and helped alleviate my back pain. Highly recommended!
