Webinar – Save Your Spot: ACL Rehab Masterclass, The Fundamentals Most PTs Get Wrong

Hot Topic: ACL Rehab Masterclass: The Fundamentals Most PTs Get Wrong

Many ACL rehabilitation programs fail for a simple reason: the fundamentals are often overlooked.

While emerging technologies, advanced protocols, and return-to-sport testing continue to evolve, patient outcomes are still heavily influenced by how well the foundational principles of ACL rehabilitation are executed from day one.

But here’s the real question:

Are you focusing on the factors that truly drive outcomes after ACL reconstruction, or are critical rehabilitation priorities slipping through the cracks?

Join renowned ACL rehabilitation expert Lenny Macrina MSPT, SCS, CSCS for a practical, clinician-focused webinar where he will review the key rehabilitation priorities that influence long-term outcomes after ACL reconstruction and help physical therapists apply these principles to improve patient results throughout the recovery process.

What You’ll Learn From This Webinar:

  • How to quiet the knee early by controlling effusion and restoring quad activation
  • Why full passive extension immediately after surgery is critical to avoid long-term deficits
  • How quad inhibition drives dysfunction and how to address it with NMES and early isometrics
  • Why strength deficits often predict outcomes more than hop testing
  • Why range of motion must precede loading in the early phases of rehab
  • How to apply true progressive overload principles to ACL rehabilitation
  • Why symmetry alone can be misleading when evaluating strength
  • How to implement criterion-based progression rather than time-based milestones
  • When running is actually appropriate following ACL reconstruction
  • The key factors that influence safe return to sport and re-injury risk

This session is designed for physical therapists who want a clear, practical framework for ACL rehabilitation that prioritizes what actually drives patient outcomes.

If you treat athletes or post-operative knee patients, these principles will directly influence the results you achieve in the clinic.
