Hot Topic: New Evidence, Better Outcomes: Treating Lateral Elbow Pain in 2026
Lateral elbow pain is one of the most common — and most frustrating — upper extremity conditions seen in orthopedic practice. But with new research emerging on patient subgroups, tendon loading, and differential diagnosis, rehab is becoming far more targeted and effective.
To help you stay on the cutting edge, we’re hosting a free live webinar with internationally recognized researcher and clinician Dr. RobRoy Martin.
Dr. Martin will break down the latest evidence on classification strategies, tendon pathology, and mechanosensitive pain — and show you exactly how to match your treatment approach to the patient in front of you.
What You’ll Learn From This Webinar:
- How to categorize lateral elbow pain presentations based on current evidence
- Which exercise and loading strategies work best for each category
- How to integrate manual therapy, education, and motor control work effectively
- When to modify, progress, or pivot treatment based on clinical findings
- Practical pearls to improve outcomes in both acute and chronic cases
- Live Q&A to address your most challenging patient scenarios
If you work with athletes, active adults, or anyone with persistent elbow pain, this is a valuable update you won’t want to miss.
