This 2x/week for 6 weeks class series is designed as a workshop to develop a yoga practice in a small group setting, allowing all participants to grow individually and together under the attention of an instructor with extensive clinical knowledge.

  • Begins January 14th, 2020 (01/14 – 02/20/2020)
  • 12 sessions – 2x/6 weeks
  • Tu/Th 5-6 PM
  • At The Jackson Clinics – Springfield location (6564 Loisdale Ct, Suite 500, Springfield, VA 22150)
  • Cost is $250 for all 12 sessions
  • Class size limit is 12 participants

Shravya Kovela, PT, DPT, OCS is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and an Orthopedic Certified Specialist. She is a group fitness instructor with special interests in Dance Fitness and Yoga. Her passion is changing the way we define “healthy” by promoting self-care in all areas of wellness.
